📦 RETURN & REFUND ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns and refunds only under the following conditions:

1️⃣ Mandatory Unboxing Video (Required)

To request a return or refund, customers must provide a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video that shows:

  • The package seal before opening
  • The entire unboxing process
  • The product clearly visible after unboxing

📌 No unboxing video = No return or refund.
This policy helps us prevent misuse and ensures fair resolution for genuine cases.


2️⃣ Damaged or Incorrect Product

Refunds or replacements will be approved only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and
  • The issue is clearly visible in the unboxing video

Claims made without video proof or after unboxing is completed will not be accepted.


🚫 NON-RETURNABLE CASES

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Size issues (please check size chart carefully before ordering)
  • Color or design preference changes
  • Minor color differences due to screen/display variations
  • Requests without a valid unboxing video

⏱️ RETURN REQUEST TIMEFRAME

  • Return or refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Requests raised after this period will not be considered

🔁 REFUND PROCESS

  • Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after approval

📩 HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

Email us at support@wrongprint.com with:

  • Order ID
  • Unboxing video (Google Drive / Dropbox link)
  • Brief explanation of the issue

Our team will review and respond within 48 hours.
